Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services and products purchased from Future You Today, including hypnotherapy and coaching sessions, packages, digital content, and gift vouchers.

1. Appointments (1:1 Sessions – In Person & Online)

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
Where sufficient notice is given, prepaid sessions may be rescheduled or refunded.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a session, will be charged at 100% of the session fee.

This policy applies regardless of the reason for cancellation.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the scheduled time. The full session fee remains payable.

2. Packages and Programmes

Where sessions are purchased as part of a package or programme:

Packages are offered at a reduced rate and are non-refundable once the first session has taken place.
Unused sessions may be forfeited if appointments are missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
Packages are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Packages must be used within any stated validity period.

Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of Future You Today.

3. Digital Content, Recordings & Downloads

This includes recorded hypnotherapy sessions, audio files, video content, downloadable materials, or online resources.

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:

Digital content is non-refundable once access has been granted or the content has been downloaded, where you have given consent for immediate access.
If you experience technical difficulties accessing purchased content, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

4. Gift Vouchers

Purchase of Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

Use and Validity

Gift vouchers are valid for [6 or 12] months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.
Vouchers must be redeemed within the validity period; expired vouchers cannot be extended or redeemed.
Gift vouchers may be used towards eligible services only and must be quoted at the time of booking.

Cancellations Using Gift Vouchers

Appointments booked using gift vouchers are subject to the same 24-hour cancellation policy.
Late cancellations or non-attendance may result in the voucher being considered redeemed.

5. Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumer Rights)

Under UK consumer law, you may have the right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days, depending on the service type:

Services: The 14-day cooling-off period applies unless you request services to begin within this period. Once a session has taken place, the right to a refund is lost.
Digital content: The right to cancel is lost once access or download has begun, with your consent.

By booking or purchasing through our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds outside this policy are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Any refund offered is at the sole discretion of Future You Today.

6. Corporate / Workplace Coaching & Training

For corporate or workplace coaching services, refund and cancellation terms will be set out in the relevant contract or agreement and may differ from this policy.
