Imposter syndrome is defined as a feeling of inadequacy that persists despite evidence of success. Imposter syndrome is common in professional professions and high performing careers, increasing in people from ethnic minority backgrounds and with protected characteristics. It manifests as chronic self-doubt, which serves to both undermine and isolate the induvial as they are to scared to disclose their doubts about their abilities in case their doubts are confirmed. Imposter Syndrome can lead to high levels of anxiety contributing to burn- out. (www.bma.org.uk) The good news is, once your are aware of it, you can deal with it and here at Future You Today, we are experienced in helping people overcome the externally imposed limiting mindsets or their own self-imposed limiting factors, such as imposter syndrome, so please take the first step and schedule a call for us to discuss your personalised plan. Treatment normally consists of 3 sessions, over an 8 week period. Prior to your initial consultation you will be sent a pre consultation questionnaire. This allows us to gain an in-depth understanding of your limiting beliefs, preventing you from being the best version of yourself and allow us to create a strategic plan on how we can help you move forward positively towards your desired goals. Insights gained from your analysed data will be discussed during your initial consultation, where we will discuss your personalised therapy action plan. After the consultation, when you are comfortable, through combining hypnotherapy with advanced NLP techniques, we will build your confidence, to increase your self-belief and help reduce anxiety you may feel surrounding your personal and professional abilities. After the session you will be given a pack including a building confidence recording to listen to over the forthcoming weeks to reinforce your new inner strength and positive mindset, a journal to record your successes and opportunities for growth to review at our next session. In the second session we will build on the positive steps forward you have already made, through using Solution Based Hypnotherapy combined further with NLP techniques, to fine tune our approach based you your journal. The final session, will reinforce your positive state of mind, helping you engage your positive, calm and yet energised self instantly when faced with challenging future situations.


Cancellation Policy

TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Location Initial consultation conducted online, free of charge, session dates & time scheduled in advance & communicated via email. 2. Booking &Payment Full payment is required prior to the start of any therapy session on commencement of programme. Access to online materials will be granted upon receipt of payment. Online session dates will be scheduled in advance and communicated via email. If unable to attend, 24 hours must be given. If late this may impact on session time. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy No cancellations or refunds will be issued once the session or programme has commenced, due to the immediate delivery of digital materials. Missed live sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded. In exceptional circumstances, a discretionary partial refund may be considered, but is not guaranteed. 4. Confidentiality All personal information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law. 5. Disclaimer Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy, not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Results may vary between individuals and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. 6. Eligibility Participants must be aged 18 or over and in suitable mental and physical health to engage in hypnotherapy. If under 18 written permission must be supplied by an appropriate adult/guardian. By enrolling, you confirm that you are not currently undergoing psychiatric treatment or taking medication that may interfere with hypnotherapeutic work unless approved by a medical professional. 7. Session Conduct Sessions are held via Zoom and require a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space. The practitioner reserves the right to terminate a session if the participant is disruptive or under the influence of substances. 8. Disclaimer Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Results may vary between individuals and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. You must make us aware of any medical or psychological treatment you are undertaking before sessions. 9. Intellectual Property All programme materials are the intellectual property of the practitioner and are provided for personal use only. Redistribution/reproduction is prohibited without written consent. 10.
