The ERO programme: We cannot always control the situation we find ourselves in, or the emotions we are experiencing, BUT we can control how we choose to respond. Our response WILL impact the outcome either positively or negatively. Experience + Response = Outcome An experience can be positive or negative, if we choose to look for the positive even in a negative situation, we will find it and conversely if we choose to look for the negative in a positive situation we will also find it. Takeaway: A negative lense will make a bad situation worse and a good situation bad WHEREAS a positive lense will make a bad situation better and a good situation GREAT!!!! Using a combination of Solution Based Hypnotherapy and NLP techniques we will teach you how to refocus your lense, through using language which liberates your mindset to reframe your thinking, through introducing Calmness, increasing Confidence & and helping you to block out the negative background noise. So whether you are looking for support with navigating change, or you are returning to work and need help and practise with interview preparation, we will work together to help you operate at your maximum potential.
Cancellation Policy
TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. Location Initial consultation conducted online, free of charge, session dates & time scheduled in advance & communicated via email. 2. Booking &Payment Full payment is required prior to the start of any therapy session on commencement of programme. Access to online materials will be granted upon receipt of payment. Online session dates will be scheduled in advance and communicated via email. If unable to attend, 24 hours must be given. If late this may impact on session time. 3. Cancellation & Refund Policy No cancellations or refunds will be issued once the session or programme has commenced, due to the immediate delivery of digital materials. Missed live sessions cannot be rescheduled or refunded. In exceptional circumstances, a discretionary partial refund may be considered, but is not guaranteed. 4. Confidentiality All personal information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law. 5. Disclaimer Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy, not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Results may vary between individuals and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. 6. Eligibility Participants must be aged 18 or over and in suitable mental and physical health to engage in hypnotherapy. If under 18 written permission must be supplied by an appropriate adult/guardian. By enrolling, you confirm that you are not currently undergoing psychiatric treatment or taking medication that may interfere with hypnotherapeutic work unless approved by a medical professional. 7. Session Conduct Sessions are held via Zoom and require a stable internet connection and a quiet, private space. The practitioner reserves the right to terminate a session if the participant is disruptive or under the influence of substances. 8. Disclaimer Hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy and is not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Results may vary between individuals and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. You must make us aware of any medical or psychological treatment you are undertaking before sessions. 9. Intellectual Property All programme materials are the intellectual property of the practitioner and are provided for personal use only. Redistribution/reproduction is prohibited without written consent. 10.
